The HTS facility is housed on the 14th floor of the Hammer Health Sciences Building. The facility offers DNA extraction and biobanking, sequencing, and genotyping.

Bioinformatics

The Bioinformatics team is responsible for processing Next Generation Sequencing data generated internally as well as through external collaborations and partnerships. We apply standardized best practices pipelines. All exome and genome samples are processed using a consistent alignment and variant calling pipeline.
